We have been visiting Rena's Pet Store for 4 years and we have always got excellent customer service. Fernando is excellent at bird grooming, provides very valuable advice and is always a pleasure to deal with - it would be very hard for us to find a replacement grooming place for our bird. Also the cages and supplies are always at good prices...

Shopkeep Fernando really knows how to obtain customer loyalty! His knowledge is unquestionable and I'd trust my birds in his hands in a heartbeat. I bought a bird from him at Rena's Pet Supplies two years ago (best two years of my life since I've brought this perfect bird home) and I come back for all of our needs such as quality food, toys, and grooming. I recently purchased a beautiful cage that was impossible to find anywhere else for less than $800 and I got it at Rena's for $350! Fernando even delivered it to my home for a nominal fee. My birds and I are beyond happy with the goods and services offered at Rena's!
Great Great store, everything for birds. Do not go to petco or petsmart this place will have it with WAY better prices. They help with advise or to get started with your first bird.
Love this place! My husband and I are in there almost weekly to purchase dog food. Very competitive prices and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always recommend their store to all my pet loving friends :)
