I have had insurance with Blackadar for over 15 years. Lorrie the owner at Blackadar and her entire team is amazing! I don't know of any insurance company that will shop different companies and rates to make sure that I'm getting the best deal possible. They have done this annually for me. They have always gone above and beyond for all of my insurance needs!

I have always had good customer service with Blackadar. I recently asked Patti to come out to my office for a meeting and consult on what insurances policies i need for my two businesses in healthcare. She replied that she does not go into the community she is a house agent. She was going to get someone to contact me and help me out. It has been 5 weeks now since the email. No one has contacted me. They need to develop agents that go into the community and service clients needs.
