As an America, I am only familiar with a few India or Ayurvedic spices. The staff was very helpful and knowledge. On the weekend, you can purchase hot food to go or eat on benches inside. The cook made suggestions and made them milder for me. Great experience. I will return.
I love the place. The best yogurt. Fresh beautiful produce. Mango pulp by the case at exceptional prices. I love these guys! Oh, and fresh food served too.

When I walked in everyone here was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile. I love to cook so exploring a new market with fruits, vegetables and spices I've never seen gets me excited. This store is very clean and everything is priced clearly. I do not know how I would implement these slices into my cooking, but I will be returning to ask.
