Carlos is one of the best sprint employees I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Not to mention the other people working there 11/18/2017. I was impressed with the professionalism, energy, and there willingness to go above and beyond to help me out with my technical issues. I just hope he is promoted not only so he can mentor others but also to show that working hard and being friendly are how you get repeat business. THANKS SPRINT!
It takes an hour or more anytime you visit the store. It is not the employees fault, but the system is archaic.
Ana was a GREAT WONDERFUL AMAZING HELP. I wanted an iPhone and she got me into an iPhone . Not only an iPhone but my mom an android as well. Very satisfied. Great deals too
Awesome new store in Longwood! It's a corporate location and the staff is great! The manager Johnny, and representative Daphne had great customer service and get me set up on my new phone in no time!
I had a little glitch happen at this location, but Johnny the manager was diligent in handling the problem quickly with no hassles. I highly recommend this location! We'll be heading over soon to upgrade our phones. Thanks Johnny and staff!
