At first its real nice but once you have to go back a few times you find that the nursing staff is borderline incompetent. They want you back as much as many times as possible to charge you the co pay each and every time, even if you have to go back numerous times because of mistakes on their part. Like the Dr you are supposed to see is not in that day, so after making payment i am informed that the other dr that is there refuses to fill out the form i am there to have filled out. Make a new appointment, 15 ,in before i arrive after moving schedules and everything I am told the dr isnt in today and ill have to reschedule.
Dr. Dube is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She went above and beyond in making sure I was okay especially when I took on the care of my elderly mother. She is caring and compassionate and always has time for questions, (even the silliest). I would highly recommend her to anyone of my friends and family.
I thought they were all awesome there. Great Doctor. Wish I still we.t there. She's so compassionate. Takes time with you. We had to change due to insurance and I'm not happy with my Doctor.
I've been going to Dr. Dube and Nurse Susan for over a decade and I can't say enough about the care I've received. I am previous military and so I have a few special needs which they immediately accommodated for. A+ from my point of view.
Dr. Dube has been my internist since 1992 and is excellent in every respect. Everything from a 70 lb weight loss to diagnosing memory loss due to latent PTSD from my Viet Nam war experiences. An invaluable consultant that keeps her quality time for patients with the most urgent needs. Day to day things are handled by her competent professional staff. Additionally, Dr. Dube teaches in medical school in her "spare" time. You will not be disappointed with her care.
