This shop has been one of the best I've been to. The customer service is out of world. I've never met someone so educated about fish, coral, habitats, aquariums, filter systems, and the environment. Chris was able to answer any question I had and even taught me some things I didn't know. The selection of fish, salt and fresh, is incredible. There's also plenty of each species, so I'm not too concerned about not finding what I want here. I'll be coming back!! And you should check it out too.
drove an hour to get thees fish we called about 3 times in 3 hours. " we have all kinds just got a truck". get there for them to tell me they didn't get any. never go back
Bought two rams from a tank that had a dead fish in it next day one of them is dead! I brought it back to get something else I did not intended to get money back ! The person who took care of me said he could not refund or give me anything because I did not bring a water sample! Really!! Did anyone tell me that! Well I went down the road to Fishy Business where they know better about customer care and seem to be more friendly on that visit I spent 100.00 so too bad for Oceans Direct! I Iet the kid at Oceans direct keep my money and the fish! Oceans Direct I have been saving enough money for at least a 60 gallon salt water aquarium I guess you loss my business over a 6.00 dollar fish that probably cost you 2.00 ! So long! Never again! You do not loose a customer over a cheap fish!
Great place to shop big changes in the works. Chris is the go to guy for anything about saltwater. Always great deals on anything in the store.
